A Cuban Sandwich in Miami Airport #cubasandwich #miami

    

    When in the Miami and especially in the Airport changing planes, get a grilled Cuban sandwich!   Café Versailles does a great job of creating a Cuban experience.   Cuban sandwiches are composed of ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard on a Cuban bread.  Some sandwiches have salami. especially in Tampa,  Florida.  However, lucky for me this one did not.  I do not like salami.  However, lettuce, tomato and onions were added which I truly enjoyed. 

     Airport food can be terrible and pricey.  This sandwich was delicious and priced right.  It is a sandwich that also travels well.  I took mine to St Kitts and it was still wonderful and tasty when I arrived.  I look forward to getting another if not in the airport but on the street.  If I can't get to Cuba, I will live precariously with the sandwich in Miami.
