A New Business Opportunity at Lunch - Pampered Chef
I was glad that I packed my lunch today. It was so crazy with all the government monitors reviewing my program from top to bottom as well as inside and outside. I was tired of just the whole ordeal. Fortunately, one of the monitors was friendly and we had our lunch together. She, like me, had also brought her lunch.
We each warm our lunch up in the microwave oven. Mine smelled delicious- honey roasted chicken, noodles with cheese and peas, with a garden salad and herb bread on the side. Her also smelled wonderful. She had pasta with sweet turkey sausage, roasted red pepper and onions cover with a red sauce. Her side was a fruit parfait topped with coconut and nuts. We both commented on lunch selection.
She mentioned that she really enjoys cooking. It relaxes her and boosts her creativity. I told her, I too enjoyed cooking. I really appreciated the creative side of it. I love trying new ingredients and implementing them in a meal. I further told her I even spend time shopping for cooking equipment such as plates and utensils to present and serve a dish as nice as possible. She laughed and stated she thinks the same way and has made it a path to retirement.
I so wanted to retire that day. The beat down I getting was not pleasant. So I asked the monitor for more detail. She stated she has had her own Pampered Chef business for several years. She spend a lot of her weekends hosting parties, going to vending events, or just passing out her marketing materials. For her, she could not ask for a better business to try all her interest together. Further, it was her own business. She works it as she pleases and enjoys all the tax benefits of owning you own business.
I couldn't help it. I had to taste the apple. I immediately went to her website to see what is was all about. I viewed the products and read about the consultants. The cost to have my own business was reasonable and seem like a lot of fun. What could be better than food, fun, and finances. Within less than a hour, I had my Pampered Chef business.
