I love eating out.  However, the Pandemic has taken a tow on my body.  I do not weigh more but I have lost muscle tone.  I now start my morning or afternoon with a delicious smoothie.  I add lots of fruits, veggies, almond milk, coffee, vanilla, cinnamon, and Body Melt protein powder - www.mydailychoice.com/arlenerjohnson.   I would love to say this completed my meal.  But no, I follow with a flavorful meal with more protein.  

I can't wait to explore all the great restaurants and neighborhood bistros for the summer fitting into old summer clothes!
